POSITION TITLE: Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- New Account Development:
- Proactively identify and target prospective customers in various industries, including manufacturing, retail, e-commerce and food & beverage manufacturing.
- Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our corrugated packaging solutions. Communicate the customer needs internally to ensure proper design and production.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct periodic account reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Sales Execution:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals and samples to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production, design, leadership and shipping to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including prospect interactions, account updates, and sales performance in Airtable/email.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
